Meet Dave...

On New York's Liberty Island a massive fireball crash lands, with a man emerging unscathed. He's Dave (Eddie Murphy), a human-shaped spaceship controlled by 100 little aliens. Its captain (also played by Murphy) pilots the Dave Spaceship along with his crew from inside its head. The aliens are seeking a way to save their planet from an energy crisis by draining the Earth's Oceans for salt, however complications arise when Dave falls in love with single mom Gina Morrison (Elizabeth Banks).

At first, I wasnt expecting a funny movie... I didnt even have plan to go to 21.. but I made the right choice by watching this movie... It's so entertaining.. Eddy Murphy kinda movie..

After movie, we moved to La Forcca and enjoyed the rest of the evening by listening to the Second Born Band.. nothing special.. so sad... :((

Cool Movie..

Tells story about Wesley Allan Gibson (James McAvoy). Wesley hates his job as an accounts manager, where he endures regular verbal abuse from his annoying boss. Wesley, who suffers from panic attacks, also correctly suspects that his best friend and co-worker is having an affair with his shrewish girlfriend.
One night, at the pharmacy, Wesley meets a mysterious woman who tells him that his father was an elite assassin who had been killed the day before. Wesley does not believe this; he tells the woman that his father abandoned him a week after his birth. At that moment, Cross appears, gun in hand. The woman opens fire on Cross. Wesley and the woman escape from the resulting shoot-out and have a wild car chase in the streets of Chicago.
Wesley is brought to the headquarters of The Fraternity, a thousand-year-old secret society of assassins. The group's leader, Sloan (Morgan Freeman), formally introduces Gibson to Fox (Angelina Jolie) the woman from the night before, and invites him to follow in his father's footsteps as an assassin. Sloan tests Wesley by making him shoot the wings off a fly. When Wesley refuses, a gun is put to his head, triggering a panic attack. Wesley somehow manages to shoot the wings off several flies. ~ bla bla..

Unexpected end! But its cool.. imagine how people can curve bullets.. impossible but cool!

Cute Will!

John Hancock (Will Smith) is an unhappy, alcoholic superhero who is living in his own miserable and lonely world. He has saved numerous lives in Los Angeles over the years, but in doing so has caused widespread property damage costing the city millions of dollars. The public has had enough of Hancock, and want him to either stop or move to another city. One day, Hancock saves Ray Embrey (Jason Bateman), a public-relations spokesperson whose attempts to market his world-changing "All-Heart" charity aren't gaining traction, from being run over by a train (in the process causing a massive derailment in Hancock's haphazard manner). Ray feels he owes Hancock his life, and he makes it his mission to change Hancock's public image for the better.

Get Smart

Maxwell Smart (Steve Carell), an analyst employed by the spy agency CONTROL, has always hoped to be promoted to a be Field Operative, but despite his scoring extremely well on the Field Operative test, the Chief of CONTROL (Alan Arkin) decides not to promote him because Max is more valuable in his current duties. After Agent 23 (Dwayne Johnson) returns to CONTROL headquarters from a successful mission, Max steps out, disappointed, and accidentally bumps into a woman jogger. He returns to H.Q. to discover that enemy agents, sent by KAOS operative Siegfried (Terence Stamp), have penetrated CONTROL and have destroyed its interior. He finds the woman that he had bumped into is actually Agent 99 (Anne Hathaway); unfortunately, when Max and Agent 99 encounter apparent intruders in the wrecked base, Max fails to recognize them as fellow CONTROL agents and inadvertently attacks the Chief. Afterward, it is discovered that the perpetrators have stolen CONTROL's Agent files, thus exposing and assassinating many CONTROL agents around the world.. bla bla (find more info at wikipedia)

somehow this movie changed my view about Steve Carell.. I'm not a big fans of "The Office".. It's a weird TV series.. but "Get Smart" is different.. It's really funny - not freaky funny - and I enjoyed it so much.. another recommended movie you should see...

The Yummy Green Monster..

Tells story about the fugitive-green-yummy-monster, Dr. Bruce Banner (Ed Norton), who’s attempting to find a cure to rid himself of the Hulk, while the General Ross keep pursuing him. The General gets help from the Russian soldier, Blonsky. When Blonsky personally volunteers to be injected with Banner's gamma formula to aid Ross in his capture, he becomes an even greater monster, and Banner must accept his inner beast to defeat Blonsky.

Comments:
  1. Mr. Norton is too skinny yet yummy..
  2. Can't get too excited, huh? hehehehehe
  3. Better than the first Hulk movie in 2003
  4. Stan Lee (the creator) made a short appearance on this movie

When I had dinner last nite, I bumped into Opi, Mas Kadir and Raymond. Thanks GOD I didnt see him, coz it'll ruin my movie time... I forgot last nite was Tuesday nite...
