My First Ticket!

I got my first ticket this morning after I dropped my parents at the train station. It was totally my fault since I parked my car under “NO PARKING” sign.. hehehehe… my brother told me to pay them but I refused.. I’d rather do it in a right way.. I asked for the blue receipt so the money goes directly to government account… at first the police yelled at me loudly.. but he finally talked to me nicely after I apologized to him.. one thing that doesn’t make sense for me till now is the way the police confront it at me.. I mean… does he have to yell to the society? I’m not a civilian or any kind near to that… it shows how bad their behavior are.. I’m not trying to be a judge mental but police are sucks…
